Return/Exchange Policy

All sales on jewelry are final. However, if the merchandise arrives broken or damaged, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 10 days from the delivery date. Please email within 48 hours of receipt and enter “Broken Item” in the subject field. 

Handbags & Clothing

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items for store credit or refund. Returns are accepted with a Return Authorization only. All return packages attempted to be delivered without a Return Authorization number will be declined and shipped back to the sender. In order to receive an authorization number, please send an email: within 10 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Quantity & Color
  • Reason for Return

The merchandise must be unworn and be accompanied by the Return Authorization number.

Too Chic Boutique will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims AFTER the aforementioned dates.

Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to appear on your account after the returned goods are processed. Available store credit will be applied to your next order automatically upon processing. If you are exchanging for a different size, the exchanged item will be shipped the very next day.
